Hayley 247 Engineering are a specialised provider of solutions to all industry sectors.
We are certified to standards ISO9001:2015, BS EN ISO14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, Achilles Building Confidence, RISQS and also a member of the British Gear Association.
Our portfolio of services is provided through our three main engineering centres based in Dudley, Sheffield and Kings Lynn.
From our Dudley division we offer a specialist reconditioning and repair service for all types of industrial gearbox, pumps and high & ; low voltage electric motors in AC and DC. This is supported by our comprehensive in-house machining & ; fabrication departments. Featuring CAD, CAM on CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Boring, Slotting, Gear Cutting and Grinding on small to large projects. Dudley facilities include multiple overhead gantry cranes, including dual cranes of 25tonne SWL each.
From our Kings Lynn division, we offer repair and replacement of the electric motors, gearboxes and pumps up to 5ton.
From our Sheffield Drive Management Services division we offer condition-based monitoring, fixed condition based monitoring systems, fixed oil monitoring systems, oil and filtration analysis, lubrication services, reliability services and supporting services such as laser alignment and asset commissioning.
All our sites are backed with a full range of engineering MRO products utilising Hayley Groups national branch network and our specialist precision gear manufacturer, Lamond & ; Murray Ltd.
Our operations team is on hand 24/7 to ensure your project goes smoothly through our facilities and is continuously supported externally by our team of highly skilled Project Engineers. We are established breakdown specialists to industry.
