Rewind and repair of all types of electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, generators, fans and transformers up to 10T. Load testing up to 300hp. Surge testing, core loss testing up to 5000hp. VPI facilities. Pump flow testing facilities generating Qh curve. Machining capabilities include turning (up to 6m between centres, 1.2m swing), milling (machines up to 5m bed), boring (horizontal and vertical). Spiral welding up to 5m between centres, 5T using procedures approved by DNV for a range of steels. Selective plating and metal/ceramic spraying facilities. Fabrication facilities. Up to 10T. Full industrial electronics and servo and stepper motor repair facilities. Design, build and installation of electrical control panels. Authorised distributor and approved repair centre for Control Techniques. Dynamic balancing carried out on site and in house (facilities up to 10T.), laser alignment also available. Condition monitoring facilities including vibration, thermographic and oil analysis. High frequency department specialising in the HF stator, motor and frequency changer rewinds, repairs and overhauls. All services available 24hours a day 365 days a year. Batch winding facilities.
