Offering a full range of standard equipment plus bespoke design services Rotary has all the expertise required to fulfil your motor rewind and coil manufacturing workshop requirements. From our premises in Sheffield, our engineering design team work with customers to fully understand their equipment needs and then design to deliver practical solutions.
Our range includes dismantling equipment including burn off ovens, coil winding, varnish and curing equipment plus handling equipment and accessories. With our own in house coil winding expertise we have been able to develop equipment with the user in mind. In addition we offer equipment for high voltage coil manufacturing including our popular range of hydraulic coil presses and coil forming machines.
We also offer bespoke solutions to assist our customers where no standard solution is available.

The AEMT Codes of Pracice are being replaced with our provisional codes of practice at the end of 2025. Members will be asked to demonstrate compliance with these codes by 2027. The Secretariat and Council are preparing for this transition, ensuring members have the support, resources and tools needed to comply.
