ROTARY ENGINEERING EXPANDS IN-HOUSE MACHINING CAPABILITY

ROTARY ENGINEERING HAS announced the latest addition to its in-house manufacturing facilities: a new state-of-the-art CNC milling machine. This investment marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its precision engineering capabilities and reducing reliance on external suppliers.

The new CNC milling machine enables Rotary Engineering to carry out a wider range of machining operations internally, improving flexibility, turnaround times and quality control across its projects. By bringing more of the machining process in-house, the company aims to strengthen its ability to deliver bespoke engineering solutions efficiently and cost-effectively.

"This investment reflects our dedication to continuous improvement and to providing the highest quality service to our customers," said Simon Swallow, Managing Director at Rotary Engineering UK Ltd. "Having greater in-house capability allows us to respond more quickly to customer needs and maintain tighter control over both lead times and product quality."

Rotary Engineering has built a strong reputation worldwide in the motor rewind and repair industry, offering a comprehensive range of equipment in the sector. The company has in-house design and manufacturing facilities in Sheffield, UK. The addition of advanced CNC machining further enhances the company’s ability to manufacture complex, high-precision components to exacting standards.

"We’re excited about the opportunities this brings to expand what we can achieve for our customers," added Jane Green, Finance Director at Rotary Engineering UK Ltd. "This investment demonstrates our confidence in the future and our commitment to supporting UK manufacturing with modern, efficient
production capability."
