Venture Gulf Engineering W.L.L, (VGE) a partner in development with Al Nasr Holding company W.L.L., focused its resources and services with the aim of providing service to the Oil Gas, Petrochemical and Allied Industries. The base facility of VGE, spreading over an area of 150,000 sqm, houses API accredited OCTG machine shop, steel structure fabrication, piping system design, fabrication and installation, Fabrication shop which design, fabricate and validate of offshore container as per DNV 2.7-1 / ISO 10855:2018 /DNV 2.7-3, pressure testing, servicing and testing of PSV, mechanical and control valves, and IECEx certified & Ashghal approved Electrical Rotating Machinery Repair shop, ISSAT/OPITO accredited safety and surveillance training center apart from a fully established logistics and projects division.
Our Electrical Rotating Machinery Repair Shop (ERMRS) was established because of increasing demands for motor rewinding facility and to address the retrofitting, repairing needs of Low Voltage Electrical Equipment up to 690 Volts.
ERMRS is ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED and Ashghal approved facility provides state of the art equipment and instruments for the in-house repair, dynamic balancing, diagnostic testing and rewinding of all types of electrical motors, generators and transformers including explosion and flame proof motors. ERMRS has a team of experienced rewinders and technicians led by an Industry competent Sr. Workshop Engineer.
SERVICES OFFERED:
Rewinding, repairing/overhauling of different types of Industrial Motors up to 1000Hp, 56-450 Frame Size, 415 VOLTS, 50-60HZ such as Polyphase Induction motor, Wound Rotor Induction Motor, DC Motors, Variable Speed Motors, Gear motor and Vertical Hollow Shaft Motor.
Repairing sewage and centrifugal pumps.
Dynamic Balancing of any rotary components up to 2300kgs.
