Mechanica Utilities Ltd is a workshop and sitework business that specialise in electrical and mechanical engineering across the utilities sector. Services include pump refurbishment, motor refurbishment/rewinds, gearbox refurbishment, sitework services (i.e. condition based monitoring), fabrication, pipework design/manufacture/install, aeration lane dredging, valve refurbishment/replacement, GRP covers and walkways, welding, machining, re-engineering, MCC/panel manufacture, electronic repairs (i.e. miltronics and drives), electrical installation/testing etc.
All workshop repairs are booked in, tested (where applicable), dismantled, cleaned and inspected, with a detailed photographic report issued to the client, which explains the condition found and repair/refurbishment workscope required.
All our mechanical electrical site teams are fully trained and hold CSCS, water hygiene and confined space qualifications, and attend site in a fully operational/mobile workshop.
