Maintech Engineering Supplies Pte Ltd (MES) is one of the leaders in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering in the region. They provide complete field maintenance services and workshop repairs to electrical rotating machines such as motors/generators and electrical power equipment including HV and LV switchgear and transformers. The company also undertakes turnkey projects for electrical and mechanical new installation or retrofitting and upgrading of existing equipment. Industries served include ; oil gas exploration, drilling and refineries, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power utilities, water treatment works, steel mills, cement mills, water-fab plant, marine and shipping. MES' workshop facilities include 2.5m x 4.0m Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system, 1200kW dynamometer motor load-testing, 20-tons dynamic balancing, 1.6m lathe machine and automatic coil-winding machine. Other services include on-site trouble-shooting, auto-synchronisation, vibration analysis, laser alignment, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. MES is the authorised service shop for many motor and generator manufacturers including Baldor, Brook Crompton, ATB motors, Siemens motors, KATO Generator, Newage Stamford AVK Generators, Cummins Generators, Reliance, Schorch, VEM and WEG motors. MES is also the service agent and spare part supplier for Ottermill air circuit breakers.
