From suspended hand-held coil taping units for motor and generator coils/bars to fully automated multi-axis complex coil winding systems, Ridgway offers a wide range of rugged high performance machines for simplified cost effective coil manufacturing. This includes coil pull-out/forming, precision taping application, loop and rotor winding, narrow profile coils for wind turbine generators. Our machines are widely used for manufacturing electrical coils, cable, conductors, Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (RTP TCP) for Oil and Gas pipelines and Umbilical Cable for offshore Oil Gas projects.

The AEMT Codes of Pracice are being replaced with our provisional codes of practice at the end of 2025. Members will be asked to demonstrate compliance with these codes by 2027.
