This includes coil pull-out/forming, precision taping application, loop and rotor winding, narrow profile coils for wind turbine generators. Complementary products available include a range of drum stands, tensioning and guide units.
Ridgway is the leading manufacturer of precision taping and winding machines for the global electrical and energy industries, with over 95 years engineering experience. Our machines are widely used for manufacturing electrical coils, cable, conductors, Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (RTP TCP) for Oil and Gas pipelines and Umbilical Cable for offshore Oil Gas projects.
