TDC Parsons Peebles are a High Voltage Electrical machines Company offering Original Equipment Manufacture, repair/refurbishment, rewinds, testing and site installation, commissioning, service and problem resolution worldwide.
The company brings together the legacy brands of Bruce Peebles, Parsons Peebles Motors & Generators, NEI Peebles, Peebles Electrical Machines and Parsons Peebles Generation.
With legacy designs held in archive, we can offer original design spares for installed machines along with other manufacturer machine spares.
As an OEM the Company has the capacity to design, manufacture and test H.V. 50Hz and 60Hz Motors and Generators up to 60MW in voltage ranges 3.3kV to 13.8kV with all associated control panelling and switchgear also offered.
Services for any manufacturer High Voltage and Low Voltage motors and generators include Ex repair and re-certification, stator rewinds, failure root-cause analysis, dynamic balancing, core flux testing, laser alignment - vibration, noise, thermographic and partial discharge monitoring and analysis in-house and on-site on shore and off-shore worldwide.
In house testing facility offers New Build and Repair machine direct full-load testing of Induction Motors up to 8MW 60Hz with higher rated Induction Motor, Synchronous Motor and Generator full-load temperature rise assessment testing up to 60MW in voltage ranges 3.3kV to 13.8kV, 50Hz and 60Hz. The company also has a significant storage facility available to store customer machines where regular inspection/monitoring of machines is conducted and where machines having anti-condensation heaters have these energised and thermally controlled as required to protect the customers' assets.
