3. Overhauling/ rewinding of Power alternators up to 2000 KVA incl Rewinding of main stator, main field, exciter stator, exciter rotor, replacement of AVR, Rotating rectifier assembly etc
4. Overhauling / rewinding of all types of sewage pumps, submersible pumps including replacement of spares like mechanical seals, 'O' rings, etc.
5. Rewinding of Dry-type transformers, brake coils, shale shaker motors(viberator motors), suspension magnet coils etc.
6. Overhauling/ rewinding of all types of DC motors up to 1000 KW inc armature, filed coils and interpole rewinding, commutator and carbon holder assembly replacement, commutator skimming and under mica cutting.
7. Rotor dynamic balancing up to 5T capacity.
8. Cleaning, blasting and painting of all types of motors.
9. Dry-ice blasting.
10. Overhauling of MV motors.
11. On-site services like overhauling of motors, only bearing replacement of motors, In-situ balancing, Vibration analysis.
12. Machining facility for repairing of bearing housings, bearing journal area of shaft etc.
13. Replacement / fabrication of spares like cooling fan, fan cowl, terminal, terminal box, thermistors, RTD, BTD etc.
14. Replacement of spares like bearings, fan cawl, cooling fan, terminal box, terminal block, shaft replacement, etc.
15. Re-staggering & Re-stacking work of stator & rotor stampings.
