Motor Technical Services Limited merged with Electric Motors Limited of Northampton in 2016, combining the two companies in a 15000 ft² electro-mechanical workshop repair and rewind facility in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Motor Technical Services Limited provide a specialist repair and rebuild service for all types of AC and DC electric motors, servo motors, geared motors, pumps, fans and blowers.
MTS technicians have many years of combined technical expertise in the servicing, overhaul and rewinding of shunt wound DC motors, often found in the plastics and board making industries. Our in-house balancing services allow us to provide the highest level of quality control throughout the overhaul programme.
A genuine 24/7 out of hours breakdown service is available where a call to our normal telephone number puts you through directly to one of our on-call technicians. Site services include control system diagnostics, motor removal and replacement, planned maintenance inspections (PMI) and bearing vibration analysis.
Our very experienced and dedicated sales team can supply electric motors, geared motors, pumps and fans from all leading and more specialist manufacturers at competitive prices. We are an authorised INNOMOTICS partner and hold large stocks of their low voltage motors. Motor Technical Services are also stockists and distributors of UNIVERSAL MOTORS motors and drives.
