H.F. Schroeder (WA) Ltd is an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Company based in Lagos Nigeria established in 1955.
We specialize in repairs, refurbishing and rewinding of Electrical Machines (HV/LV) such as Electric Motors (AC/DC), Generator Alternators, Pump Motors, Semi emetic Compressors, Power Distribution Transformers (Oil/Air Cooled), Rural Electrifications, Production of Carbon Brushes and Designs.
At H.F. Schroeder, we offer solutions for our amiable customers 24/7 to their satisfaction. We carry out various tests on electrical machines to actually get first hand information about the faults and the cause such as winding resistance test, insulation test, wave form test, current injection tests, voltage drop test, ratio test, excitation test, pressure test using up to a 40kV, pressure testing equipment, insulating oil tests, Transformer oil filtration.
We have some testing panels ranging from 3 x 100A to 3 x 300 Amps to enable us run some low and high voltage motors to speed even up to 3.3kV and 6.6kV. We also have various sizes of oven up to 250kW rated with heat circulating fan motors.
We offer full off shore/onshore services with technicians and engineers who are well trained for the execution of such services.
In addition to the above testing instruments, we also have the following 100v-5kV Mega test sets, Oscilloscope (wave form), Multimeters, Variable Transformer, Taco meter, 3x250kW Load Bank.
We have mechanical machines like lathe machines, dynamic balancing machines, grinding/cutting machines, welding machines etc.
