AC/DC Electric Motor Repairs in Norwich
Here at Express Rewinds we offer an in house ‘free of charge’ AC/DC electric motor inspection and fault finding service. We pride ourselves in being one of the top companies completing electric motor rewinds in Norfolk.

Workshop Inspections
In our workshop our skilled engineers use their knowledge and our equipment to diagnose faults and problems with unit. We have a core loss testing machine and various meters for testing all parts of the motor. These are calibrated yearly to ensure accurate readings and diagnostics. We have extensive work shop facilities, which enable us to repair motors up to approx 150KW.
Motor Rewinds
Our dedicated rewind shop is equipped with coil winding machines and all the tools required completing rewinds efficiently to our high standards. We stock a wide range of copper wire to ensure we can complete rewinds whenever the customer requires. We have a dipping tank with impregnating varnish for coating our rewinds before baking off in our purpose built curing oven.
