The whole day will provide various activities designed to challenge thinking, enhance skills and build confidence.

In the morning, our expert trainer, Karl Metcalfe, will be on hand to share his knowledge and provide some hands on learning relating to Ex repair. After which there will be an informative tour of Westin Drives, who specialises in electric motor rewinds and repairs for a wide range of industrial machinery. 

After lunch, we'll have some fun with various team building activities focusing on collaboration, problem-solving, and communication.
