This guide has been created for small businesses, and employees, in partnership between Mind, the mental health charity, and the Federation of Small Businesses, the UK’s leading business organisation.
Recognising the importance of effective mental health and wellbeing support for our people in enabling our staff to thrive, this guide provides:
