Rayles Rewinds was established in 1979 at Merthyr Tydfil, with Ray Lewis Director Co-Founder being employed in the rewind and repair trade since 1966 where he began his apprenticeship.
" It has been our endeavour to operate our family firm as a small but efficient company, which has enabled us to offer a competitive and personal service with very close contact with our customers" .
Rayles Rewinds offers a 24 hour service including all bank holidays if needed to meet all our customer requirements. We can service, repair, rewind or supply new motors. We can also overhaul and supply pumps and gearboxes. We also offer an on-site service.
Electric motor winding, Motor overhauls servicing, Motorised drum motor rewind, repairs servicing, Pump repair servicing, Gearbox repair servicing, Fan repairs servicing, Pre-planned maintenance service, Engineer site visits to carry out service work on motors, pumps, gearboxes or fans, Removal of equipment for repair.
Since the business was established, we have built up a substantial track record of high quality rewind and repair work. Local authorities- schools, leisure centres, local community products, NHS trusts, Water authorities, Meat processing manufacturers, Chocolate wafer manufacturers, Pharmaceutical companies, Metal press manufacturing, Household appliance manufacturing, Quarries, Bakeries, Food manufacturers, Medical supply manufacturers, Local automotive garages builders, Refrigeration air conditioning companies, Manufacturers of plastic, balance weights, cans, high grade pipes, windows, glass, shelving for retail outlets, telecom cables etc.
