Investing in the Future: Apprentice Day with Sulzer
We’re excited to be hosting a dedicated Apprentice Day in partnership with Sulzer, bringing together emerging talent from across the electro-mechanical repair sector for a unique day of learning, connection, and growth.
The morning will focus on professional development, offering apprentices the opportunity to experience life inside a leading engineering facility. They’ll engage with experienced engineers, gain insight into industry best practices, and have the chance to share knowledge and experiences with fellow apprentices from across the country.
In the afternoon, we’ll be heading outdoors for a series of team-building activities at a local outdoor centre. Set in a natural environment, this part of the day is designed to challenge, motivate and encourage collaboration — helping apprentices build confidence and resilience in a fun, informal setting.
This event is not just about skills - it’s about strengthening networks, learning from peers and mentors, and recognising the value that apprentices bring to the future of our industry.
