We have over 100 years of combined experience within the electro-mechanical industry. We Barems have invested significantly to ensure we have the latest facilities and equipment to provide a comprehensive range of services, both in-house and on-site. By developing rigorous processes and carrying out the work in house we can ensure that we are in control of the most critical aspects of the repair process. Our team offer support to maximise plant efficiency and reliability whilst minimising machine downtime and cost, providing ongoing monitoring, maintenance and emergency repairs for electric motors. With excellent in-house facilities, a range of onsite services and a vast array of technical and diagnostic expertise, we are ideally placed to service all of your Motor, Pump, Gearboxes, Fan Units Generators and Servo’s overhaul and repair requirements. We manage all of the required works in house: transport, dismantling, overhaul, repair, rewind, replacement (if necessary), reinstallation and commissioning of pumps and electric motors. Overhaul means your Equipment is returned to ‘as new’ condition. All bearings and seals are replaced as standard. All critical clearances and dimensions recorded, Inspection undertaken for wear, corrosion, erosion, and cavitation to ISO standards. Condition Monitoring, Vibration, Ultrasonic, Thermal Imaging and Oil Analysis.
