Rewinding/Repairing of Rotating Electrical Machines- ELECTRICAL BUSINESS UNIT- A TOTAL SOLUTION FOR LT/HT MOTORS, DC MOTORS, ALTERNATORS ALL TYPE OF ROTATING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS. ISO 9001:2008 Certified. Member of AEMT, EASA ANSI. Authorised dealer for CRI Pumps-India and Wilden Pumps- USA.
The following services are available at AOTC ELECTRICAL BUSINESS UNIT:
Rewinding/Repairing of all type of single phase motors i.e. ceiling fans, exhaust fans, pedestal fans, water pumps.
Rewinding/Repairing of all type of three phase LT motors up to 1000HP.
Rewinding/Repairing of DC motors up to 1000HP.
Rewinding/Repairing of Alternators up to 2000KVA.
Mechanical work facility available at our service centre i.e. Metalising of shaft, Metalising of Bearing Housing, Shaft Fabrication as per original, Rotor dynamic balancing, Fabrication of Motor/Generator spares like cooling fan, terminal box, fan-cowl, end-shields, bearing covers etc.
Overhauling/Servicing of all types of HT LT Motors, Power Alternators on site and at our service centre. On site balancing. AEMT trained staff technicians for Ex motors.
In addition to our comprehensive service, we provide adequate training utilizing our principle's dedicated training facility to ensure your staff are competent and capable to handle minor to moderate monitoring and maintenance of your machinery investments.

Machinery fault diagnosis - offline vibration analysis and troubleshooting - Alignment service and In-situ balancing - Thermography - Endoscopy (Boroscopy) - Motor Current Signature analysis - Technical bearing consultancy - Bearing failure analysis - Controlled bolting - Competent field service - Impact model testing - Operating deflection shape - Pump testing - Torsional vibration measurement - Lubrication consultancy and oil analysis - Bearing fitment/bearing fitment lubrication.
Electrical Field Service:
PD Testing , Stator core stator insulation testing - Wedge tightness testing - Rotor winding on line testing - Online Condition monitoring Services - Installation - Configuration, trouble shooting and start up of online CM system based on the application and customers request.
Authorised Service Center for UMEB Ex Motors and Teco Westinghouse Electric Motors for Oman Region. AOTC is Siemens Authorised Service Partner for all types of electrical motors in Sultanate Oman.
