People don’t look for a job for life anymore, they want something that is fulfilling, pays well and has a purpose. 

The post pandemic work environment has changed for employers and employees. Quiet quitting and silent resignations now have a name, but they also highlight the behaviour of a section of staff that are not aligned with the organisations mission and vision. 

While much has been said about the importance of the member experience to remain competitive, little has been done for staff experience. The employment market is now more competitive than ever and recruiting and retaining staff has become a real challenge, therefore business need to understand what that means to them and how they can attract, develop and retain the best people. 

By the end of this session attendees will be able to:
