Productivity
Succession planning is one of the most important—and often overlooked—topics in the life of any electro-mechanical business. Whether you’re planning for the long-term future, considering a sale, or exploring alternative ownership models, the right strategy can protect your legacy and empower the next generation.
We’ll be covering key approaches to succession—from outright sale to employee ownership and integration into larger groups. It’s an opportunity to learn from those who’ve been through it, hear what worked (and what didn’t), and engage in an open discussion with fellow AEMT me
