Led by Kirstie Davies, junior Vice President of the AEMT, this session brings together women working across the electrical and mechanical trades for an open discussion and a chance to meet others in the industry. The session opens with time to make connections before Kirstie leads a review of the latest workforce survey results, drawing out the findings most relevant to women in the sector and using them to shape a discussion on what more is needed. We will also look back at what has been achieved since the last conference, and close by exploring how we keep that momentum going and continue to support each other.
