Westin Drives actively encourages training, seeking out and offering industry-recognised courses and qualifications from SKF, the AEMT and external apprenticeship providers, backed up by in-house training and assessments. Every employee has an opportunity to learn and progress as far as they can. We identified a looming gap in niche skills and knowledge in the sector so developed an apprenticeship program to match individual areas of interest to training needs.
