Family Business Dynamics in Electrical and Mechanical Sector

The dynamics within family businesses can be challenging when business conditions are normal but add a pandemic and the added pressures brought about by COVID and we may be pushed to breaking point.

Don’t worry, you’re not on your own. During this 90-minute session, Jacqueline Jackson of Thomas Jardine & Co, will be providing an opportunity to chat to other family business owners within the SME Electrical and Mechanical Sector to test the ‘what would you do?’ question, based on real life scenarios others are experiencing.

The Speaker

Jacqueline is a passionate driver of innovative practices and has used her energy to great effect as an owning partner of 5th generation Thomas Jardine & C; Non-Executive; Ambassador for Productivity in the UK; Entrepreneur in Residence; Honorary Teaching Fellow and expert in Family Business and Leadership Learning.

Her past roles are equally impressive including: Head of Family Business Engagement; Director of SME Programmes at Lancaster University Management School; Vice Chairman, National Guild of SPAR (UK) Ltd, a £3.2bn retail/wholesale group and Chair of the Food Standards Agency ‘Regulating our Future’ industry group.
