Event Details

The AEMT will be hosting a course for all Ex equipment end-users, to help make them more aware of what is required from them.
After attending this course attendees will understand:

· responsibilities of owning/using Ex equipment,

· how to ensure Ex equipment remains safe for installation after repair,

· what should be in handover documents with the equipment,

· what the repair standard 60079-19:2019 covers.

This course will be open to both members and non-members. We advise that any users & owners of Ex Equipment who want to better understand their responsibilities attend this course.

The course will take place on Thursday 14th July 2022, at the Aberdeen Altens Hotel.

This will be a 2 hour session from 3pm, where our lead lecturer and AEMT Technical Advisor Karl Metcalfe will advise attendees how to ensure their equipment is handled correctly when being serviced off-site.
